Image Comparer is a utility that allows comparing two JPG files and shows differences between the two. For instance, this tool can compare two versions of the same image, chart, diagram or scheme. Version 1.0 features a plain image comparison algorithm, that can compare images that have just minor changes. For instance, if some parts of the picture were deleted or added, Image Comparer will find and highlight any changes.
