Guys, this is AWESOME! Thank you so very, very much. With your sparkling new device detection routines I was able to finally inventory the ALL of my network, including printers, APs, switches, routers, etc. Just what I was looking for. Oooooh, this is just untrue

I tried over 20 different Server Monitors, and yours was the ONLY one that worked! Others had a problem with something, i.e.: Sending Email, Poor Web Interface, kept crashing, etc.

Your product was built correctly. I built my own app, but didn't have the time to put the kind of 'love' Alchemy Lab put into theirs.

I have found Alchemy Eye to be a cost effective, valuable and powerful tool in our Engineering lab environment. Alchemy Eye has enjoyed great support and ongoing product development keeping its value current and fresh for our use

I just can't tell you how good your product is. We look so good here when we are working on problems before they are even reported by the user. The other day, we had a printer problem. I went back to the group and asked "What's going on with your printer?" They all looked at me and the room went dead silent. How did you know we were having a problem, I was just going to call you? I just smiled and fixed the problem.

I told them later about the software that emails me when there is a problem.

My compliments to you for the development of such a great product. Alchemy Eye is a tremendously useful tool for any network administrator. It is advantageous to be able to focus on a problem before the customer reports it.
