The game is played on a 15 x 15 board. The first player places a cross piece on an empty cell by turn, the second player places a null. The one who place five pieces in a row (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) first wins.

This is game in a chess on a tiny board (6 x 6) by the simplified rules. The object in game is to trap, or checkmate, the opponent's king.
Shashki is played by two people, on opposite sides of a playing board, alternating moves. One player has blue pieces, and the other has red pieces. The player who has no pieces left or cannot move anymore has lost the game.
